A systematic path to making your dreams come true, and I will use my own (Bruno's) dream as an example.
The Dream Discovery Development Sustainability System is a triangular structure that includes three core stages: Discovery, Development, and Sustainability. Each stage has specific steps to help you move from vague dreams to clear realization.

- Vision: Ask yourself, what do you really want to achieve? My dream is to become an entrepreneur who helps others pursue their dreams, which became the starting point for me to start DreaMot.
- Planning: Make a preliminary plan and clarify the outline of your dream. I founded DreaMot when I was in middle school. Through events and lectures, I attracted 500 members and began to explore the possibilities of dreams.
2. Development: Let the dream grow and thrive
- Testing: Try different ways to realize your dreams and test their feasibility. During the epidemic, I switched DreaMot's offline activities to online to test the effectiveness of online courses.
- Systemization: Establish a system to support the development of dreams. I taught myself programming and developed a CRM system to manage members and courses and improve operational efficiency.
- Monetize: Find a way to make money from your dreams. Through online courses and consulting services, DreaMot began to generate a stable income, and my personal income also reached five figures.
3. Sustainability stage: ensuring the longevity of the dream
- Success: Celebrate your achievements and motivate yourself to move forward. I took my family on a trip to Malaysia and Singapore to share the joy of success.
- Scale-up: Push your dreams to a bigger stage. DreaMot now serves New Asia, with nearly 12,000 students, and has become a technology-driven dream-chasing platform.
- Mentor: Become a mentor and help others realize their dreams. Success can lead to more success. I share my ten years of experience with you, and my goal is to help more people succeed!
This framework made me understand that dreams are not fantasies that can be achieved overnight, but a process that requires systematic advancement. From discovering one's passion to developing specific actions to ensuring sustainable growth, each step brings dreams closer to reality.
Part 2: Entrepreneurship Maturity System
Build your entrepreneurial empire step by step
The Entrepreneurship Maturity System was developed by Dr. Patrick Khor. It is an eight-level growth path that helps entrepreneurs build their careers systematically and avoid blindly rushing into business, from initial passion to final realization. The eight levels are as follows:
Level 1：Passion
- Core: Find your true passion and drive your career forward.
- My Story: After reading Rich Dad, Poor Dad in middle school, I discovered my passion for helping others pursue their dreams, which became the starting point of DreaMot.
Level 2：Ideation
- Core: Translate passion into concrete ideas and develop execution plans.
- My story: I started organizing events and talks to figure out how to help others realize their dreams through community.
Level 3：Validation
- Core: Validate your idea in different markets to ensure its feasibility.

- Core: Execute your ideas and solve implementation challenges.
- My story: During the pandemic, I turned DreaMot into an online platform to learn programming and communicate in English and overcome challenges.
Level 5：Commercialization
- Core: Ensure a stable flow of customers and income to make the business sustainable.
- My story: DreaMot’s online courses and consulting services became profitable, and I helped an Indonesian university transform into an entrepreneurship school to expand its business impact.
Level 6：Replication
- Core: Replicate successful models in different markets to enhance competitiveness.
- My story: DreaMot expanded to New Asia and launched IdeaCray, Tellgushi and World Degree to serve different groups of people.
Level 7：Fruition
- Core: Achieve the peak of your career through an IPO or sale.
- My Story: While I haven’t reached that stage yet, I’m well on my way to a six-figure income and have plans to expand DreaMot’s reach even further.
Level 8：Actualization
- Core: Become a serial entrepreneur, mentor or investor and give back to the society.
- My story: I hope to help more people realize their dreams through DreaMot and become a true "AI dream chaser".
